We can manage the formation of a limited liability company in Spain for 1200euros + IVA assuming the following scenario:
- Upto 2 shareholders already holding NIE numbers and fluent in either Spanish or English.
- Upto 2 directors already holding NIE numbers and fluent in either Spanish or English
- All share holders and directors available to appear together in a Barcelona office on week 2 of the process.
- Share capital of upto 3060 euros (this number of shares is divisible between 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 for more resale oppertunities later on).
- By-passing of the standard 3060 euro capital deposit, allowing better cash flow for your project.
- Advanced opening of a Spanish company bank account.
- All costs and taxes included.
- Process ends with activation in the Hacienda and the passing of a full set of company documentation.

Usual Timeframes
- Company name confirmed in 1-2 weeks.
